Lots of stuff (I don't trust people who say 'everything').. drum n bass, hip hop, punk, ska, mellow beats, soundscapes, classical when I'm in the mood.. dnb: DJ Fresh, Pendulum, Andy C etc.. Renegade Hardware, Breakbeat Kaos, Metalheadz, Trouble on Vinyl, Moving Shadow etc.. bands: NOFX, propagandhi, operation ivy, system of a down, radiohead, screeching weasel, nirvana, regurgitator, flaming lips etc.. hip hop: eminem, dangerdoom, ugly duckling, the streets, jay z, sage francis, blackstar, the herd.. so much other stuff.. radio stations: three d radio, jjj, radio adelaide, fresh fm.. unmetered internet radio (internode!) is a godsend.. love cleaning round the house with bassdrive up loud; beat blender, jazz or classical when I need to think..
Far too many to list here.. most stuff involving: stanley kubrick, quentin tarantino, david cronenberg, steven soderburgh, david lynch, spike jonze, michel gondry, todd solondz, larry clark, charlie kaufman, godfrey reggio.. I love a good ..ary - I think the progressive ..aries (mostly American) from the past 15 years have been a much-needed antidote to the prevailing political climate.. I think the screenwriter's importance is understated.. I like good characters, good dialogue, comedy, films that are a bit messed up, realism.. tend to hate films that have been cut by test audiences or have been endlessly rewritten.. oh, and euphemism or moderation for the sake of family-friendly classification pisses me off..
