About Me

"..there's nothing worse than elitist dilettantes.."
- Maurice Mattei

Businessman, Writer, Poet.
Business Interests: IT Infrastructure, Computer Security, Physical Commodity Trading and Import / Export logistics.
Intellectual and Spiritual interests: History, Tradition (in the Guenonian sense), Comparative Religion, Esoterica, Comparative Eschatology, Guitar, experimental Sonic Artist, I work with drum machines, 4-track tape loops and digital samplers.
Other Details: Coffee addict, insomniac who works strange hours, scribbles strange poetry on cocktail napkins after work. Hopeless romantic but bad boyfriend material. Enjoys trips to the local Gun range, discussing Real Estate flip deals, poetry recitals, commodity trading seminars, and sundry other pleasant pursuits.
Likes the human stain. Despises cliques and closed social circles.
Believes life is fragile and beautiful even when it seems ugly.
Likes the Iggy Pop song that goes: "I am a Passenger, and I ride, and I ride.." Enjoys riding through Cincinnati, haunting places in-between those places where Cincinnati's denizens normally tread: the city is my oyster, and my laughters echos through its hollow ribcage.
"The only way to stay partly outside of this system is to speak the same language of the ideology. The only way to survive is to change yourself into your enemy and subvert the system. The only way to function within the system at all is to incorporate a portion of the system into yourself. That was what we were doing before and that is what we are doing now. We still continue to use the language of ideology as our own language. People constantly ask us how we survived through almost ten years of Communism so effectively. Basically, it was really very easily. We just took the system more seriously than it took itself. " -interview of Ivan, from Laibach
