*************Update*************Good night from ABANDON. (Official statement)Well Everyone....Here it is...
For anyone that didn't already know, we wanted to make it official before all the rumors start to fly as we know they will.
ABANDON is officially calling it a day. We all sat down the other night and had a good heart to heart concerning the band and concerning it's future and we simply have decided that it would be within the best interest of the group and everyone in it as well as our families, if we just leave things as they are and walk away amicably rather then any other way.
We have had allot of great times together, allot of tough ones as well and we are ultimately proud of the music we have created together. It is our sincere hope you have enjoyed sharing these times with us as well.
The new CD "Caged Agression" that was scheduled to be released sometime in Oct WILL see the light of day. We very much desire that this album be released as we truly believe this is THE best cd we have ever done and we think it would be a shame to not make it available to people. More details on that will come.
So, with that being said...thank you for all the good times DETROIT!!!
