Could you pick a country with a worse human rights record? Sure, perhaps one could, but that doesn't mean china deserves to host olympics. Shame... learn more about china. And people of Tibet, without any doubt, do deseve to get heard. Tibet doesn't have a massive propaganda machine that China has and these kind of protests is the only way for tibetan people to get their voices heard. Unfortunatly today tibetan cause is forgotten by the majority of governments in the face of chinese economic rise and it's only up to us ordinary citizens and a few celebreties to speak out against this terrible oppression.
