About Me

Dear Dead City is a band that has been through more changes then the Bowie Tune. Solo project, two piece, four piece, solo project, three piece. Who knows. The tunes are a mix of every piece of music ever heard by every member past and present. Johnny T is the founder and main song writer of Dear Dead City but that is not to say that other members are mearly sidemen. Johnny only brings a skeleton of a song to the table and as a collective entity the songs are shaped and molded into what is eventually recorded on tape, zip disc, hard drive 01001000111101001010010
Dear Dead City is gearing up for a summer tour with good good friends Glynis and This Level is Clouds! Please check back to the site frequently because new dates and venues are being posted on an almost daily basis. If DDC is coming to a town near you, come out and support and you might just get a special suprise.

Corps-Morts records out of Quebec has graciously offered to press up 100 limited copies of the split ep "of the sunsets, of the seas" for distrubution overseas. We are stoked.
A new ep is in the works. Titled "...and the sun is the king of all planets" It will be done in plenty of time for the summer tour with Glynis and TLIC!
Dear Dead City will be heading into Handwritten Recording to record a cover tune for inclusion on an upcoming covers record. If you have any suggestions for a tune, send us a message.
