DEFINITION = PHILOSOPHY
The most important element of sound-creation is the oscillator, the building block or the functional group, that first of all produces the vibration. Its name is derived from to oscillate (= periodic motion). The form of vibration, the starting material of the sound, is originated in the oscillator.
The NetLabel "Oszillator Records" will unite talented artists who fly the flag of pure electronic sound and present their work to the world - analog sounds - spreaded digitally!

The winner of the DAFT PUNK technologic Remix Contest himself - Chistian Paga - is starting with futureretro [oszi001], a 4-Track-NetEP loudly expresses his very own idea of electronic music!! Being open-minded, Christian presents the full bandwidth of electro from housy stuff over breakbeats to smashin' acid stylez !!
[oszi002] - Schwefelgelb EP (NOT AVAILABLE ANY MORE!)
Winning "Schwefelgelb" as Oszillator-Artists, for about a year we were able to present you a 4-Track-NetEP of this quartett, who appeared on the compilation called "Septic VI": This great compilation made his way up to No. 1 of the german alternative charts (DAC)!! The Schwefelgelb EP once contained three electro-clash tunes PLUS a great Remix of Rene Sauerwein's "auRevoir" !!
From now on, Schwefelgelb's success made these talented guys joining the GEMA and releasing new stuff on other labels - and as Oszillator Records still is a NetLabel NOT working with the GEMA, we had to remove some tunes from our catalogue: What's still left is their great Remix of Rene Sauerwein's "auRevoir" - and the assurance that we have dicovered and featured a group with great sounds into a bigger future!

[oszi003] - Bonjour EP - Rene Sauerwein
The third EP presented by Oszillator-Records is a very personal definition of electronic dance music composed by the founder of the Oszillator- Tribe: Rene Sauerwein a.k.a. renepatrique !! Musically but always with a hard groove that no dancer can resist !! Not only by playing his instruments but by "treating" them he works out the different charakters of sounds unfolding the soul of the sounds !!
The Oszillator is still runnin --- this is just the beginning...
