Friends, Family, my kitty Swiffer-Kitty, Reading (non-fiction), music of all sorts (including seeing operas, the TSO, etc.), shopping (I have a bit of a problem), tattoos (currently seeking another one - but I'm not sure for which body part!), film, education, philanthropy...all that stuff. :D
Music:
EBM makes my butt move - Icon of Coil, VNV Nation, Covenant, Stromkern...all that stuff. I also love Industrial - Skinny Puppy, NIN, Frontline, Front 242, PWEI, KMFDM...all that stuff! Annnnnnd I love Depeche Mode, The Cure, New Order...all that stuff! And I will listen to the radio too...but I don't really love all that stuff....some of it is great though and gets stuck in my head forever. I really like Madonna's new singles "Sorry" ahd "Hung Up" I love classical as well. I've written a few years worth of a music appreciation program and such. I thought I'd learn the violin this year...but I'm slacking. I need to get on that!
Movies:
This is difficult because as much as I hate T.V I love movies. I will watch anything, really...I may not like it - but I will still give it a go. Although I tried to watch "King Kong" recently and had to turn it off - I was losing IQ points. Brutal. Some of my favourites include (but are certainly not limited to!) - The Nightmare Before Christmas, Princess Bride, Reservoir Dogs, The Great Escape, Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction, Lawrence of Arabia, Fight Club, etc.
Television:
TV basically sucks. That being said I very much enjoy "Arrested Development", "Family Guy" & "The Sopranos". TV will not keep me home - that is what DVDs are for.
Books:
I mostly read non-fiction. I tend to get bored with fiction...it is rare that I get absorbed into a story. I am usually reading a text about something I am interested in, or some self-help crap that would make most people roll their eyes ;)
Heroes:
My mom, wonderwoman, no one famous really...just anyone who takes it upon themselves to make this place a little better in his or her own way.
