Michael Ameer

Michael Ameer started his music/ entertainment career in military talent shows with his group "POETRY N MOTION"!!!!! Twice winning the United States Army Europe Talent Competition. With a chance to go ALL ARMY the group decided to seek a recording contract, which was the first in 1993 with Sony Records (Dance Pool Germany). ************************************************************ *** Then came chart success with Michael doing a side project, "Fresh n Funky" that spawned 3 chart hits and an MTV Top 20 select video rotation for Rock, Pop, Soul, wich was a radio smash that is stilled played on various radio stations today. Then came the chart success for "Poetry N Motion" with Romeo & Juliet. This video also became a favorite of MTV Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Turkey, and many eastern block countries. ********************************************************* Throughout these projects Michael had over thirty various single releases and compilations such as the hugely popular BRAVO HITS & THE DOME , Black Hits, and Touch my Soul etc., and has shared the stage and worked with many industry heavy hitters from back in the day to the present, such as........ Busta Rhymes, Usher, Ricky Martin, BackstreetBoys, Invisiblemen Prod/ BOMB SQUAD (Public Enemy, ICE CUBE etc.) Ginuwine, N' Sync, DJ Bobo, Teddy Riley & Blackstreet, Sash, Coolio, Montell Jordan, 69 Boys, 95 South, Super Producer Frank Farian, Melanie Thornton (R.I.P.) La Bouche and 2 cancelled tours with Diddy left Michael, PnM and their England fans wondering what the hell happened???????********************************************* *********** Michael and the group kept performing and evolving.
