Crashspace

Crashspace are Isobel Rose and Rik Lee. They met in 2005 and discovered a mutual appreciation of the lyrical and the ridiculous. It was in an attempt to combine these two elements that they began to collaborate on material despite living on opposite sides of the Atlantic. Isobel comes from New York and has been writing and composing with various projects over a number of years in her own semi-operatic, ambient style. Rik originally comes from Yorkshire and has been making sporadic noises as a solo artist and with his band, Exploding Kid, since 1987.Crashspace is far less noisy but equally sporadic.Rik's recent to move to New York is intended to extend Crashspace's vice-like grip on the world's ears from few to many.
