Saviourself featuring Steven Salisbury

Saviourself formed in late 2007 when Steve crossed paths with drummer Chris. Steve had been searching for the perfect group of musicians to flesh out the sounds he'd been performing solo for the past several years.
Prior to Steve and Chris meeting, Chris had met guitarist Sam at a bar one night and professed his love for Sam's hair. This led to asking if Sam wanted to start a band with him. With the addition of Steven to the lineup, things began to shape up. After a few practice sessions with other local musicians the boys finally decided on lead guitar player Adam and bassist Dave. At the first rehearsal, the "fantastic five" all clicked beautifully and saviourself was truly born.
Sadly however it all came to an abrupt end as Steve had to leave England and return to America. He still plays around solo in the Los Angeles area and collaborates with his mates abck in England on various projects, most notably the song "Jericho" which was recorded cross-continents!
