About Me

THEY SAY, "ONLY TIME WILL TELL"
BUT I CAN TELL TIME

Hmm. Well let's see, I'm almost 6'3", blue eyes.. I spend my days hoping for adult-sized Sit and Spins and Big Wheels with more traction..... I tend to play those games that are really ads.. Not in hopes of winning an iPod or something but just because I want to hone in my mousing skills.. I like the feeling of a good drawn out stretch and I love the anticipation that follows when asked the question, "Can I ask you something personal?"
I hate it when people will say "it's a long story" when they really don't want to talk about something. If I asked in the first place, don't you think that I'm interested in knowing? The fact that the story's "long" isn't going to sway my interest. If you're honest and say you'd rather not talk about it, that's different. If all stories worth talking about were only a few sentences long, no one would know anything.
I also don't get why some people try to talk to me primarily with smiley faces.. You know you're really not making that face yourself.. So what the heck do you mean by it? Half the time I could take it 5 different ways.. Words work great! ..even when describing your reaction. Try them out. That's about as bad as "lol" or "roflmao".. You so didn't laugh out loud, well maybe you did, but you know you're not on the floor rolling around.. I'm willing to bet 90% of the "roflmao" are true "lol's" and they're only a half second laugh out loud at best.. a human chirp.
I like to snowboard when I can, watch movies, lift weights, play basketball, hell any type of exercise or sport (but I may slack at certain times), I write poetry and lyrics, and of course listen to music.. Music is my coffee; it wakes me up and puts me in a good mood, just don't listen to me sing...
I love all things art! I like to draw when I have time and I like all forms of "artistic expression"
I’m a frequent masticator, what can I say – food’s good!

I'm William Benjamin Guinter

- Remember that name, you'll never hear it again. -
You CAN call me:
Ben Benjamin Ben-jammin' Ben-german Bendo Bendometrium Sponge-amin The Wookiee Gentle Ben (DJ) Will B. Guilty William or Will(I guess) W.B. Guinter Pig Sleepy Ben Ben B-Guinner Banjo Man Weem Bon-joe-mon Jermaine Jermaine Jamal Jermaine Jamal Jackson J.J. Jackson J Cubed Benny and The Jets Mr. Benjamin Benjamin Pompidou Chef Boyar-Bendo Gravy Superman Benleigh Bennuendo Dad Bendobee BB Durden
You CANNOT call me:
Benji (I'm not a dog) Bill (half the reason why I don't go by William) Ben Dover (how old are you? haha) Ben Gay (equally as lame) Willy (I have a dog named that) Billy Ben (only my half sister can call me that) Benny (just not appealing on its own) Oswald (I do not look like that guy on the Drew Carey Show)
I’m a twin crab.. haha yesss twin crabs.. why? Because I’m a Gemini and a Cancer (June 21st) depending where you look. Under the tropical zodiac I’m a Gemini, but under the sidereal zodiac I’m a Cancer.. on either one I’m on the cusp, so I get traits from both signs.. If and only if you believe that stuff.. I don’t, I just thought it’d be interesting to note… I think a little piece here and there from any horoscope can work for any person.
And you can't beat that with a bat
I wouldn't mind owning a gym, a restaurant and a greenhouse in the future.
How do you like them apples? No really, do they taste alright?
Someday I will own an island.
You know what I think is fun? Tilting your head horizontally to the right while you're driving.. It's like a rollercoaster on pavement.. HEYYY!!! Be careful if you try it
My favorite things on a woman are eyes and lips… windows to the soul and frames to a smile. Also I think beauty is more in the face. I don’t care how nice of a body you have, if I’m going to say if you look good or not, I’m going to be looking at your face…

Rudyard Kipling: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."
Leonardo da Vinci: "Painting is poetry which is seen and not heard, and poetry is a painting which is heard but not seen."
There is no fear of darkness.
The fear is in the change itself, from light to darkness.
If there were never any light, how could you be afraid of the dark? Darkness would be all that you have.
Darkness is the absence of light.
The fear is in the change; the loss of light.
If you're sitting in the dark for a long time, the fear will eventually fade. You'll adjust to the darkness just as your eyes do.
If always in the light, there is no darkness. What would you have to fear then?
Reality is only what you perceive.
The fear is in the change from seeing to not seeing.
Imagine a blind man that's afraid of the dark. Pure fantasy, humorous, but fictional.
Everything happens for a reason... if you reflect on the past you can see how every choice every decision or event linked together to make today what it is now. If one thing had happened different then today may not be the same day for you... you may not think back as you are now at this moment... you may not know what you know now. Don’t regret your past but realize that it's why you are where you are today and build on that. If faced with a similar decision that you already had to choose from in the past, look back, see how you chose and look at the results of those choices... choose the same if you want the same results.. You shouldn't expect different results in the same situation if you're choosing and doing the same things you did before.
You don't hear the same voice everyone else does.
Your voice IS your own,
because only you truely hear it as you do.
Some say I'm a philosopher... Says who? I don't know

My Interests

..

The outdoors is always nice..

I'm artistic sometimes..

I'd like to meet:

A yetti, bigfoot whatever, someone who can taste colors or smell feelings.. No need to be an uptight "normal" person.. Be yourself, I might like you more than the person you're trying to be.. Pour yourself a bowl of Raisin Hell and let's hang out.

I wouldn't mind meeting Kokopelli, gotta love that humpbacked flute player

Music:

Poetry is a book
Music is a movie based on that book

Anything but country and pure screaming crap; no twangy twangy or yee haw voices for me and show your talent a little, sing a few words - things like:

Nah scratch that.. Just look at the song history on the player above if you want to know what I'm into.

Movies:

Ahh my visual addiction

I like way too many movies to name them all.. and I really don't watch them as much as I did or would like to. It really has to be an amazing movie to make me want to sit there for around 2 hours and just watch something. The types of movies I like are action, comedy and movies or documentaries that make you think.

Television:

This Tele guy's vision is really messed up. I don't want to see what he does.

I really don't watch much TV anymore. I'm not a fan of reality TV and that's all that seems to be on. TV is a source of entertainment for the most part and yet we have shows that show you how people get into the entertainment business? Are we really losing all our creativity?

Books:

Man I should read more.. I read mostly fitness books.. And eyes.. ok so that's not a book

Books are easier to consume when mixed with milk in a blender.
Or you can use the ancient technique of speed readers:

1 - Stick a few books in a pile.
2 - Light them on fire.
3 - Inhale the words.

This is a harsh technique and you'll probably end up coughing out a lot of words and the books may not make much sense then.

Heroes:

Hmm.. people with brains, strength, and those who have the drive to use their knowledge to better themselves and everyone around them. Those who excell in certain feilds in ways never thought possible, which in turn teaches you something about yourself or the underlying possibilites of mankind. Anyone whose life isn't run by fear, but rather uses that emotion as a fuel for excitement. If you've done something I haven't done, then I'm glad you're around.
