His golden-dusty-blues-down voice interprets a song with simple, heads on clarity. He writes and produces, he also works with young artists helping them to develop their talents towards entering the music industry. MY BAND PERCISION moved from menlo park CA 2 L.A.IN da mid 80’s we hit THE club seen wit a bang,we moved 2 crip hood 111st & vermont it was ruff but kool we lerned a lot about da hoods of L.A.Percision went on tour to japan,that was kool,just to be in another part of the world & have people dance to the muzik.we came back to L.A. & hooked up with Lonzo & D.R.DRE of the world class wreckin kru & started production wit them, soon after DRE cut out & went with N.W.A. PERCISION helped LONZO finish the album turn off the lights 4 a very small fee, in return he was to help us do our album but thats a long story.The single turn off the lights hit the billboard top 40 ,the next single was a song i wrote called lay your Body down, it peeked about 78 in billboard,it was kool just to see my name in billboard.....but one day i will have a 1 hitt. I have never had as much fun as i did in da percision dayz, we would just blow bands away,& da fact that we all lived togather helped alot,we had what it took to be stars.In the era of 1987-88 lots of bands broak up,percision was one of them.no matter what was said, or who did what, it was just the sign of da times(DJ’S & HIP HOP)had musicians so frustrated we all lost our minds & blamed each other,dont get me wrong i love hip hop....i just dident know how 2 deal wit da power it possessed.please enjoy these old pics of percision. I moved back 2 da bay & started workin with young ARTISTS on muzik production & stage presence. I also worked with Hammer,Def jam, Dru-Down,Assassin,Chunk,HERBBIE HANCOCK,John lee Hooker j.r. & so many more,I think i should do a book.
