Principal roles in the following musicals: Little Women (original cast recording w/Terri Ralston), A Chorus Line, Chess, The Boyfriend, Little Shop of Horrors, The Music Man, Wizard of Oz, Sweeney Todd, Trouble in Tahiti, Godspell, And the World Goes Round, Mr. Scrooge, Gypsy (to name a few). Also, leading roles in the following stage plays: Veronica's Room, The Case of the Crushed Petunias, Laundry and Bourbon, Truth and Consequences, Lend Me a Tenor, Beauty and the Beast, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Scottish Tragedy, Merchant of Venice. (Los Angeles, New York, Repertory and Regional.I can sometimes be found performing comedy at the MBar in Hollywood (link below in my top 8). And if you're lucky, I'll even sing! WATCH THIS VIDEO!!! It makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

My Interests

All things cosmetic.

I'd like to meet:

Other actors in Los Angeles who understand the scansion of a Shakespearean text. Are there any? Or anyone to cast me in my "dream" roles - Mary Lennox or Lily in "The Secret Garden" and Red Riding Hood in "Into the Woods". An amazing accompanist so I can bring back my Cabaret shows at The Mbar.

Music:

JOSHUA JANNOTTA is the absolute best singer I've ever heard (you HAVE to see and hear him in person). I come in second (I'm kidding ... sort of). ***Update*** My pal, ROSS THOMAS is pretty great too - I LOVE a nice clean, clear voice that makes you feel like he's singing only to you - evoking real emotion - NOW THAT'S SINGIN'!

Movies:

300 was my favorite movie this year, as well as all the movies my friends are in. ***Update*** I keep watching the Fiesta Bowl - over and over. While not exactly a "movie", it is definitely EPIC. (also that "Charlie bit me" video on youtube)

Television:

Right now, I'm into Top Chef, Damages, Bridezillas, anything on Discovery Health, and College Football. Let's go Mountaineers!

Books:

So many - right now I am reading "The Time Traveler's Wife".

Heroes:

BILL STEWART, BILL STEWART, BILL STEWART!!! You've reminded us all what it is to be a true West Virginian (I sometimes forget - living out here in Los Angeles). Also, Mike Gundy because he is "40 and he's a man!" Of course I can't forget Owen, Pat, Steve, Noel, Larry, etc. . . .

My Blog

West Virginia Mountain Moonshine

www.mountainmoonshine.com If you were at Elvis Perkins' party, then you may have tried some of this stuff. Its REAL moonshine, people! But, I would be afraid to drink it straight out of the jar (...
