The last year and a bit have been incredible for me. I've truly been living out my dreams. Almost this time last year, I had just finished supporting Journey South on their 38-date UK tour. After a week or so off I was back out doing loads of Christmas gigs, supporting people like G4 and Andy Abrahams. Turning on Christmas lights was great fun but freezing at times!!!In January I started to co-write with some amazing writers. I had a photo shoot and shot a video for the release of ‘Falling’, which was a great success in the club charts. Then, before I knew it I was getting ready to go on tour again. This time, I would be supporting Simon Webbe on his UK tour that started in May this year. Playing in arenas on that tour was really the highlight of my career to date. When the tour finished I carried on gigging throughout the summer and was even lucky enough to support Girls Aloud at one of their gigs. I've never had a reception from a crowd like that before. Thousands of people screaming and cheering, it doesn't get better than that!I finally took some much-needed time out at the end of August to rest and regroup. Since September, I've been back to the drawing board. I decided to try for a brand new direction and style of music and trying lots of new things has been great fun. I'm so lucky to be working with some incredible writers and producers. John Barry has even granted me permission to use his harmonica melody from 'Midnight Cowboy' in one of my songs, which is a true honour. So watch this space for a new album next year.......
