I So Wanted a "Praise and Worship" Story ! Instead I get This ...
Next I am making a video tape that showed my son participating in a " Big Brother, Big Sister Event " on the local news . I felt like I was trying to see my kids and I am being pushed away and replaced by an Organization. "Great !"
This proved to be too much, I had a Brain Aneurysm and died in the Lifeline Helicopter on my way to Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana . Time in Flight 27 minutes. Long enough to "Die" three times, or so I am told. Funny, I don't remember being there, but I was definitely somewhere else ... In "His" presence." I am considering doing a piece on the "Life after Death" experience. It is just going to be so hard to do it justice in its expression so as that the reader might get a true sense of it ! Paddles boys ... "Clear" !
Many "Thanks" to NeuroSurgeon Dr. Troy D. Payner of I.N.G. in Indianapolis, Indiana .Three Neurological Operations, Forty plus Days in a Level One Coma, Respiratory Failure, Penumonia Twice, Shunt Valve ... The machines were doing it all and I was showing no signs, no response . I awake in an ambulace on my way to Healthsouth Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana .The family was told they should "make sure all my papers were in order". Fellow Doctors were telling him that "He was wasting his time." That he would "be better to direct his efforts elsewhere." The upper office paperwork - "I was no longer considered a candidate". Some gave up on me ..."Glad he didn't" !
The first time I saw him was afterwards and he said:
"You are my walking Miracle. You are not supposed to be here."
Nine months of physical therapy and four years later my doctors inform me "Uncontrloed Hypertension-No Medical Reason".
What! No Medical Reason!
Sad but true ...
But I'm OK with it now, it's just hard...
When I'm such a nice guy. Honest!
