PROFUSIONS

Profusions were born in March 2004 as a solo project for guitarist Andre Prista, featuring invited musicians. During creative experiences a Home-CD was eventually recorded entitled “The Place of my Angel” containing seven original and one cover songs. However, it was never released, by Prista's decision, since these songs would never be played live.
After finishing his sound major, André Prista recorded, produced and mastered the “Paradigma” demo CD - and soon enough - Profusions were confronted with several live concerts. At the same time, a studio movie was made by Luis “Brasa” Santos & André Prista. Some months later, it was decided to record the first album, named "Trials to Deception, and with it, a video-clip and a promotional live video. While Profusions’ kept looking for a label interest, it was decided by the band to make a CD-single from “Trials to Deception”, named ”Away with You”, containing the music single on two different versions plus three album songs with re-recorded guitars and drums.
After several live performances, Profusions made the "Nothing from Nothing" promo, featuring a new single, two songs from the previous “Trials to Deception” and two brand new videos – the short movie “All the Silence” and the Making Off from “Nothing from Nothing”!
As of late 2007, early 2008, the band closed activities for an unknown period of time. All members would like to thank all the cherished support from their families, friends and fans.
