Drummer since 16 and musician since 5. This is the story of my life!My musician life started at the age of 5 learning the piano in a some small school in town. Then I thought the guitar would be more suitable to me because I didn't like my teacher... Learned some chords and learned the most important thing until today: how to read and write music. I also took some lessons of bass guitar but suddenly I knew the most wonderful and powerfull instrument ever: the drums! Bought my Pearl Export Series (very bad I know, but still so cheap...). Took lessons in a jazz school and made a few clinics with Thomas Lang, Aquiles Priester and the great Greg Bissonette. After some months of learning joined my first band with some friends and had my first live gig. It went preety good I supose and was invited to join several projects and bands. Then, in 2005 made my decision: I'm going to create my band, with my sound. And then was born Hardspeech. Still playing as a freelancer with other projects Hardspeech started to take my time. Until May of 2007 when I joined PROFUSIONS. And there I was Rocking with HARDSPEECH, PROFUSIONS (we've just released our 1st album) and MELODRAW(www.myspace.com/melodraw).
In September 2007 started my graduation in Sound (for producer and studio recording technics) in ESAD (Escola Superior de Arte e Design), after accomplished my two years degree at ETIC (Escola Técnica de Imagem e Comunicação) in recording technics and live sound.
After some gigs with those bands I decided to extinguish Hardspeech project. Then a new life was born and a new band started to gain force: Modus Operandis(aka M.O.), wich goes between classic rock and progressive melodic rock, fusion, world music, etc...
