Musician/Producer/Composer/Willie Mixem
Willie Mixem (aka Patrick Kenneally) has been drumming for the last 18 years and playing professionally for the last ten. He has toured extensively throughout the UK, Europe and USA with US band Deadstring Brothers as well as the UK’s most well respected Grateful Dead cover band The Cosmic Charlies .
As well as playing drums, he also plays keyboards. His passion for the unmistakable sound of the Rhodes electric piano and Hammond organ, which caught his attention at an early age, has since become an integral part of the sound in his live set-up.
Current Projects Include:
Touring and recording in Europe and USA with The Deadstring Brothers .
Keyboards with Europe’s premier Grateful Dead covers band, The Cosmic Charlies .
Recording with Nu-Folk outfit
Restless Pony
Drums/Production/Lighting with the UK’s premier Acid Lounge group, The Con .
