About Me

Ok, I'm 48,(Lord, I'm getting up there!!) and now live in FL, after leaving Ohio about 3 years ago, now in a relationship with a great guy I've known most of my life. You can tell what kind of a person I am by the crazy quiz things I take for the kids & just for fun on here! So grab a Kahula & cream or whatever sit back, have a look and enjoy!!! If not, I guess I'm fairly a good mom, ask my kids... I'm a wonderful grandparent... I'm a loving, giving person, I can listen, talk and piss you off all at the same time! So I guess, that makes me multi talented! I'm NOT on here looking to hook up or for love, just for people from all over to chat with, I'd like to get one from every state, just for kicks!!!I'm the proud parent of 3 great kids ...Jason, who just married his g/f Amanda, they have my 4 wonderful grand kids ( ck out the cute pics ) they also have one of my grand dogs, Chevy. ( I have 2!!)Tonna, she's married to Heath, they are proudly serving this country in the ARMY, and have been to Iraq. Not sure how if they will make a life of it, but they are enlisted for a while. They have my other grand dog, Penny.Jaq, she is getting married next year to Ronny, and is my youngest ( the baby!) She's a great kid,and has taken on a lot, she not only does her own thing, she helps do mine!! They have my 2 grand cats, Rascal & Aries.As you can see my family is my life! I love them all, and don't know what I'd do without them. Plus I have my guy's family, there are a few pics of them, the ones brave enough to visit! We love them all!! Between us we have 8 kids, 9 grand kids! My Interests

Scrapbooking for my grandkids... but they don't get them until they graduate from High School! Also, started one for John, he was keeping his pic's in a box! Sewing, redecorating, and baking. Have recently started trying to make my own jewlery... I'll let you know how it comes out!!! (UPDATE!! Not to bad!!!) Ready to go to nicer things!! Yes, I love going to the beach, (when's there's no red tide!) There's nothing like sitting on the beach watching the sunset, holding hands, drinking a Kahlua & cream, ice cold Rolling Rock for John.

Music:

Classic rock,anything from the late 50's, to the 80's. You know who they are! Some country, just about anything but rap. Some classical is good too. Music is good for the soul and the waist line! Just ask my grand kids... they love to watch me dance and try to copy me!!! I'm trying to Belly dance, but it's going slow!! I don't move like I used to!!!

Movies:

Beleive it or not, most musicals,(West Side Story, Wizard Of Oz, The Sound of Music) and a lot of old movies,(love Boris Karloff & Lon Chaney) Hell Fighters, with John Wayne! The Green Mile( love Tom Hanks) just don't like to be scared shitless, and don't like lots of blood. I love all the Disney movies! Shrek ( he reminds me of daddy), and Nemo are too sweet!

Television:

I'm hooked on Grey's Anatomy, watch Des. Housewives, but the story lines are starting to go wild! Any CSI, and all the Star Treks!!!

Trying to read "When is Jesus Bring the Pork Chops" by George Carlin, but so many other things to do, hard to find time to get back to it...but it's a hoot so far!

Heroes:

When I was little it was my dad, probably still is many ways. He was a big bear of a guy,but couldn't do enough for his family. Unfortunatly we lost him to cancer, something I still think about. My kids, for having the guts to go after what they want, so they don't have the regrets when they're older. Sometimes I wonder if they are afarid of anything! John. The man in my life, who is honest and strong, yet a very loving and giving person.He's strong enough to handle anything life has thrown at him, yet gentle enough to soothe me during one of my headaches. LET'S NOT FORGET THE MEN & WOMEN IN UNIFORM SERVING THIS COUNTRY OF OUR'S, THEY DESERVE OUR SUPPORT!!!
