I'm back, after years collecting dust in the back of the library, the pages of my 184 titles rotting and cracking, waiting for someone to revive me so I could ask them: If you want to throw the nuclear frisbee into the heart of the volcano, turn to page 36. If you want to wait, and see what happens, turn to page 45. One wrong turn and you're dead, so watch out.
