"I love being in front of the camera, it allows me to become whomever I please. Cooking is a favorite hobby for me, I like to try new things. Relaxation, Stress-free, and Positivity are a few of my favorite words. I love to dance, and aspire to sing songs unheard. Each and every day there is a new challenge awaiting me. I will rise to those challenges then make them rise to me. For I have been blessed with a beautiful mind, body, and spirit. So demanding and alluring, a person could lose himself in my aura. For me, life is worth living just because I am blessed to wake each day and thrive in it. I am a queen in my mind, and in my mind I spend time pondering on how I could give even more. Love for people I have so much of, cuz y'all teach me the in's and out's of life and love. God gave me this face so you would want to get to know me, He gave me this body so you could one day love me, and He gave me this mind so you could always teach me---I wanna give an honor to God for bringing me out of Katrina alive. SEPT 9, LAST SUNDAY MORNING, THE APT I WAS STAYING IN WITH MY FRIEND SHANDA WENT UP IN FLAMES. A POT WAS LEFT ON THE STOVE WHILE SHE, HER HUSBAND, AND HER BABY SLEPT UNAWARE. BY THE TIME ANYONE NOTICED, THE APARTMENT WAS SWALLOWED BY GREEN FLAMES WHILE EXPLOSION AFTER EXPLOSION SHOOK THE PREMISES. AS I CAME THROUGH THE BACK DOOR TO ALERT THE HOUSE, THE WALLS AND CEILING BEGAN TO COME DOWN AND THE FLAMES GRAZED MY SKIN. FORTUNATELY A GOOD SAMARITAN HAD KICKED IN THE FRONT DOOR AND WAS SCALING THE STAIRS TO MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE WAS STILL UPSTAIRS. DAZED AND CONFUSED, MY FRIEND SHANDA AWOKE FROM HER SLEEP AND FLEW TO HER CHILD'S ROOM WHICH WAS FILLED WITH BLINDING SMOKE. SHE TORE HER CHILD FROM SATAN'S GRASP JUST AS THE FLOOR BEGAN TO FALL FROM BENEATH HER. SHE EVACUATED THE PREMISES, OBLIVIOUS TO THE FACT THAT HER HUSBAND WAS STILL INSIDE IN A DAZE HIMSELF. AMAZINGLY, HE WALKED THROUGH THE FIRE WITH AN INCREDIBLY CALM DEMEANOR WATCHING ALL OF HIS VALUABLES VANISH BEFORE HIS VERY EYES. NEVERTHELESS, WE ARE ALL STILL TOGETHER, AND THAT'S WHAT COUNTS THE MOST. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY OVERWHELMING TIME AND ANY FORM OF SUPPORT, ESPECIALLY A KIND WORD WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I MYSELF AM AMAZED AT THE FACT THAT I MADE IT THROUGH HURRICANE KATRINA, AND NOW A FIRE. I AM NOW SURE MORE THAN EVER THAT I AM SHELTERED BY GOD'S GRACE. I HAVE WALKED ON WATER AND THROUGH THE FIRE.
