Where to begin........

My name is Richard and i am 27 years old. This does not mean that i am past it or starting the downhill desent into baldness and premiture edjaculation. On the contary. That this point in my life i can say that i am as happy as i have ever been.
The main passion in my life has to be music. Although my musical taste have a metemorphic quality the one constant remains. The guitar! I have been playing guitar for many years (since 12 years old).
Needless to say that my heart lies in the dark realm of heavy and satanic (Metallica, SOAD, Korn, Megadeth)the increasing influx of progressive influences (Vai, Satriani, Friedman) and need for a slower and more melodic ingrediant (Radiohead, Muse etc).
I work as a Quantity Surveyor (don't ask what it is i do not know but i am slowly getting better at it). This is purely a means to be able to live my life. Work to live not live to work. My job is fantastic and offeres many benefits.
