Laid back and easy going. That about covers it.Oh yeah, I have a 2-year old that just keeps me busy. But it's worth it.

Don't care for country music. I like just about everything else. Rap, rock, reggae, J-pop, Classical, pre-50's, etc. The more unique, usually better (but there always exceptions).
Quentin Tarantino flicks Comedies Scary movies B-movies Animeplus others that I can't think of.
Don't have much time for TV anymore. The only shows I seem to watch on a regular basis are Naruto, Desperate Housewives, and Grey's Anatomy. I just started watching So You Want to be a Super Hero. That show is a trip.
