Are you thirsty?

About Me

If I told you I had a cure for a very rare fatal disease and that I had given up everything that I own and ultimately sacrificed my own life to give this cure to you as a gift but you didn't believe that you had this fatal disease, would you think that I was crazy? Now think about it this way. If I were to show you 10 clear warning signs that you have this very rare fatal disease and only time is standing in the way of your final breath here on earth, would you take the cure? Would you want the free gift? Just stop and think for a moment about where you will be a hundred years from now. A thousand years from now. A million years from now. What will be the most important thing to you when you've died and eternity begins and never ends. God has written, "and it is appointed unto man once to die, but after this comes judgement" Hebrews 9:27 If God is real & His revelation to us is the bible. We must seek Him with all our heart, mind and strength. We must read & obey His commands. Please don't make the same mistake that I made for many years of my life by creating a god that made me comfortable. God calls this idolatry and it is written in the bible that no idolater will enter the kingdom of heaven. Do you think that you are a good person? The bible says that most will proclaim their own goodness and that many will think they know a way that seems right to them but in the end it leads to death. Please don't gamble with eternity & don't rely on worldly wisdom to determine what is good & bad. Jesus has said, "no one is good except one, that is God" Examine yourself by using the 10 Commandments to see where you have broken God's law. God demands perfection and unless you have kept everyone of the commandments you are guilty and the punishment is eternal punishment in the lake of fire. Who hasn't told a lie? God has written in Revelations 21:8 "all liars will have their part in the lake of fire" Remember near the beginning of my message that it is appointed unto man once to die, but after this comes judgement. Since God is good, he must punish lawbreakers. God has written, "the wages of sin is death". God has given you a conscience to know good from bad. No one had to teach you. Even people in the remotest of places in the world know that it is wrong to lie, steal, murder(hate), lust(adultery), etc. There is no exucse when we stand before God (Romans 1:20). Does it concern you that if you died at this moment that you would be sentenced to eternity in the lake of fire? Remember that currently God is sustaining you. You are benifiting from Gods mercy to be reading this message. As sinners we have offended God. God calls unbelievers, enemies of God. Children of the devil. Jesus will say to the many who proclaim to be followers of Jesus that He never knew them because they practiced lawlessness (Matthew 7:13-27). Jesus said that few will find the narrow gate that leads to life. Please read this for yourself if you think that i'm making this up. Trust me when I tell you that this has caused me to examine myself and my walk with Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 13:5 tells us to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith. Please don't hesitate to read the scriptures. Jesus said, "Unless you repent, you will perish" Luke 13:5 There must be God given repentance. We must be born again (John 3:5) and it must be given to us by God. Jesus said in John 6:44 "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up on the last day." By the power of the Holy Spirit all those who come to Jesus in repentance and faith will receive eternal life. "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever beleives in Him, shall not perish but have eternal life." Those that believe, also trust and obey. It's not a simple prayer. It's not a simple acknowledgement because even the demons believe who Jesus is but they will not escape eternal punishment. The preaching of the cross is foolishness to those that are perishing. If what i've written to you is not foolishness then repent (turn from your sins) & put your faith & trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. Read the bible, obey what you read. Study Jesus and his disciples by reading the scriptures. Get into fellowship with other bible believing, Christ-centered believers, share the hope that has been given to you and fix your eyes on Him. Pray to Him. God will listen to a humbled heart. Sincerely, Chris.

What is the definition of Grace?
Grace can be defined as “unmerited favor to the infinitely ill-deserving,” or, in other words, “God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense.”

Paul Washer - Shocking Youth Message

I'd like to meet:

13"Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.

14"For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.

15"Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

16"You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn {bushes} nor figs from thistles, are they?

17"So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit.

18"A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit.

19"Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

20"So then, you will know them by their fruits.

21"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven {will enter.}

22"Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?'

23"And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'

24"Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock.

25"And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and {yet} it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.

26"Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.

27"The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell--and great was its fall." Matthew 7:13-27

"By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD [men] depart from evil" Proverbs 16:6

"I do not believe that any man can preach the gospel who does not preach the Law. The Law is the needle, and you cannot draw the silken thread of the gospel through a man's heart unless you first send the needle of the Law to make way for it." Charles Spurgeon
"Have you no wish for others to be saved? Then you are not saved yourself, be sure of that." Charles H. Spurgeon
"Brethern, do something, do something, do something! While societies and unions make constitutions, let us win souls." Charles Spurgeon
The Bible claims that God knows everything. He has all knowledge. If this is true, then the Bible is the word of someone who knows everything there is to know. If we want to come to the right conclusions about anything, the only sure way would be to start with the word of the One who has absolute knowledge. We Christians must build all of our thinking in every area on the Bible. We must start with God's Word, not the word of finite, fallible man. We must judge what people say on the basis of what God's Word says -- not the other way around. The principles that govern our thinking in every area must come from the Scriptures. These principles are immutable. No informed evolutionist would question the fact that modern science arose from a biblical foundation. In other words, what we believe and how we think depends upon the basis with which we start. The Bible contains the very foundational principles and details necessary to develop correct thinking in every area.Unfortunately, too many people have started with the word of men and then judged what the Bible states. What an arrogant position this is! We cannot tell God what He should say. We must be prepared to come totally under His authority and listen to what He says to us. Yes, creation is religion, but it is based on revelation from the all-knowing Creator. Evolution is religion, but it is not based on revelation from God. Instead it is based on the words of men who were not there -- men who (by their own admission) do not know everything. And these men, the Bible informs us, are biased against God and His Word.If the Bible is not the infallible word of the One who knows everything, then we have exactly nothing. We can never be sure about anything. What then is truth: my word, your word, or someone else's word? In fact, how do you determine what truth is or how to search for it.Christians have the Bible, which claims to be the Word of God. We can also take what the Bible says and see if the evidence of the present does fit.-------Paragraphs taken from Ken Ham's book The Lie: Evolution.
