SmithHouse Entertainment is a full service production company based in Sacramento California, with established production teams now in LA and the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in January of 2004 by Trevor and Kristi Smith, SmithHouse has already attracted attention from industry professionals by successfully writing and producing an award winning low budget feature, VIGILANTES.
SmithHouse, together with ZenFire Productions, has also written and produced the suspense/thriller short, SHATTER, and are currently working with Exec. Producer, Dan Olds, and Yeshuateinu Company on the upcoming feature length film, SONG MAN.
SmithHouse Entertainment offers low cost script coverage and rewrite services, conducts seminars for churches and groups both large and small (which cover everything from screenwriting to distribution), works in all aspects of video and film production, and has a talent management division.
Writer, Director, and Producer, Trevor L. Smith is currently writing his fourth feature length script, and is in pre-production on the suspense/thriller short film, RESOLVE.
Trevor L. Smith is also the author of a how-to book for Christian filmmakers called, TAKING ON THE GIANTS: A CHRISTIAN GUIDE TO DIGITAL FILMMAKING which takes the reader step-by-step through the filmmaking process from concept to distribution.
