With over 15 years in the Music Industry...Greg Zwarich started DJ’ing in 1983 as one half of‘The Stickmen’. Playing Hip Hop, Electro, and New Wave.In 1985, House music found its way into the record box and soon become the only sound. Playing at small basement parties and small clubs, the Stickmen began their quest to promote this new and exciting sound.In 1993, Stickman Records was born.Soon releases appeared on Strictly Rhythm and Nervous both in New York and then Stickman Records and many other labels.The Stickmen have released over 50 Records including remixes since that time on various labels including their own Stickman Records and Aquarius Recordings. Label releases alone have exceeded 200 different titles.Such international exposure has enabled their labels success in various countries, including Germany, where I’m Lonely by Hollis P. Monroe on Jive Records Germany and the Soul Grabber Series. Other notables being, C-Lime Woman by The People Movers (TPM) and Happy Days by PJ.Here are just a few of the acclaimed producers to appear on the Stickman or Aquarius labels. Paul Jacobs, Jamie Anderson, Josh Wink, Paranoid Jack, Dano, Tonepushers, Joe Montana, Julius Papp, Nick Holder, Funk 198, Soul Grabber, Derrick Carter, Ritchie Hawtin, John Acquaviva, David Alvarado, Jamie Lewis, Roger Sanchez, Mateo Murphy, Joeski, Konk West, Nigel Richards, M1.As DJ's 'The Stickmen' and Greg Stickman solo have performed in Argentina, Germany, Austria, Belgium, England, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Japan, Greece, Mexico and almost every city in North America.In 2003 the metamorphosis from Stickman to Slush Recordings and Digital Muzik Inc. tookplace to focus on the new exciting times in music.… thus a new Company with the same basic principals and ideas.Greg Stickman going it alone now has been behind the label pushing music to the masses mainly via online sites such as Itunes and Beatport to name but a few.Fast Forward to the present and you will see a focus on developing new sounds, new artists and trying to once again create a new sound to distinguish the Stickman Sound from the all the music out there…Good Music Will Live Forever!!!
