HELLO & THANK YOU for stopping by, ** I'm Paul Estrada Castro Jr. from BIG Dallas ,Texas I'm (100% Mex-American,("CHICANO & PROUD"), MY team is The One & Only "DALLAS COWBOYS AMERICAS TEAM ",( but living in Baltimore ,Maryland for now, temperarely),,,I'm an Excutive CHEF/MANAGER (33 yrs.exp.), I love to cook with a Passion & take very much PRIDE in all my food ,,,," I'm EASY BUT, NOT CHEAP",,But if I cook for you, you would have to provide "Le Sweet Dessert", I'm very simple,easy going,romantic fool, I like to make people laugh,,,I enjoy to serve people first,,not be served,,,I will make sure everyone is enjoying themselfs,then I can enjoy also. I enjoy movies, they are an escape, romantic music,,(english & spanish), I like to be around people who are REAL, not 2 face, My uncle always told me "excuses are for assholes,,and everyboby has one", but I found out in life some people have two.(figure that one out ??). FAMILY is very important to me,,BUT also great friendships, I love to make friends,(real people only)... I enjoy positive people, I like to listen to others share their life or stories,,you can learn alot from them both young and older people. Life it too short,enjoy today you were able to wake up this morning,,,some people didn't make it home last night,( it was their last time out),,and some people, didn't wake up this morning, YOU DID so be Greatful ..... And that is the TRUTH, but Life goes on,,so don't try to be perfect,,just try your best,and if you didn't do your best,today ,,,hope for tomorrow,and try again. There are alot of people who are hurting or have pain, or going through a very hard time,,, it just takes a minute to listen & share a smile,prayer & a hug, that can turn someone's world around. You know we are always a minute away from losing everything,so today it's them,but tomorrow it could be you & me. My favorite sign at my cafeteria "LIFE IS SHORT,EAT DESSERT FIRST", and if you are reading this for the first time,,thank you for your time.
