With extensive professional DJ experience, Sam Deville has had a keen ear for music since he was six years old. Raised on ska and soul Sam was into house and jazz by the time he was in his early teens. Sam's deep and diverse musical interest and knowledge is a result of his realisation that music is the highest expression of the human soul.
Dubble Bass is the movement he founded as a vehicle for his musical sensibility and has become a growing collective of like minded DJs, musicians, friends and supporters.
Deville has warmed up for the likes of Freestylers, Soul Mekanik, Joe Le Groove, Itch, Kid Circus, Brazilian nu-jazz guru Bruno E and Barry Ashworth (Dub Pistols) amongst others.
Current Deville/Dubble Bass projects include his residency at the Deranged & Demented parties across London (Electro Me to Death, deep and filthy), ReaL, the new nite he is working on with former Hed Kandi DJ Savvas Fellas and friends (deep and dirty) and The Blue Trane Sessions, one of London's coolest jazz evenings (deep and jazzy)
Next stop is the studio and collaborations with his fellow music makers and DJ friends.
