ALAX-G is a french 26 years old, producer and party organizer.
At the age of fiftheen, he listened to radio FG and the NRJ well known Saturday night program untitled « better days ». Thanks to all these broadcastings, he decided to start mixing… Really soon, he headed towards a house and garage beat and step by step, he discovered other cultures such as funk, disco, hip hop and jazz… Nevertheless, his sets are basically based on disco and house.
The summer 2000, at La Baule, he started working in a club (l’indiana) and then, the same year, he contributed to a bob sinclar remix untitled « darlin » with some freinds of him under the « french connection » pseudonym.
The next year, during the summer 2001, he became resident in the Labaule club ship inn. At this time, dramatically hurt, he became paraplegic… But by dint of courage and thanks to the love of music, he went through and decided to live for this passion. Once more, during the summer 2002, he worked in a La Baule bar : Pierrot le tourteau, in that place, his work heads towards lounge beat. Then, in 2004 and 2005, he was resident at the disco house club « la peniche concorde atlantik » for the butcher joes and missive label parties.
These last years, he mixed for « i can’t get no sleep parties » at Cab, at Madam for color session and at Maxim’s for fantasy parties…
Since september 2006, he returned to production under his name « alax-g » and under the « french connection » pseudonym with his friend djulco… so see him soon on the dance floor on his podcast on itunes store his actuality on (www.myspace.com/alax_g) and on his label site (www.myspace.com/frenchconnectionrecords)
