James Mean

James Mean was born back in the dark 80s as Jan Peter James Joseph Hildenhagen somewhere in the nowhere near Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. Most of his childhood he spent in Birmingham (UK), and Morogoro (Tanzania). In 1996 he returned to Germany (where his father comes from), started playing music in diverse bands and was educated as a singer.In 2003 he founded the Band KING's TONIC and moved to the Ruhrarea. KING's TONIC are James Mean, Swen O. and Christos Efthimiadis.By today they played over 250 shows across Germany, China, The US, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapure, Russia and the UK.Their songs are represanted both, on several national and international Compilations like PSP DVD TheWay or The MovienightofXtremeSports Soundtrack and on germanwide radiostations.The first LP "...haven't heard of you either" (Distinct/Sony) was released in 2004."Fuck your Neighbour" was released in Spring 2008.www.fuckyourneighbour.de
