About Me

My Name is Kevin Jenkins (aka Kay-J). I am the Owner/CEO/Manager/Studio Engeneer and one of the producers of Bubble Beats Production. My business partner and good friend John Scott (Judge J) is the artist scouter, promoter. general info contact, and another one of the producers. I started the business in May of 2004. I started out being just a beat maker producing beats for my first group known as TOXEC wich consists of Stray, Shaw Eastwood, and Mr. Dirty. After a couple of months the group decided to break up and do individual projects. I then invested my money into creating a studio to save myself and my artist money by recording them myself. I don't have a music degree or didn't attend college for engineering. I don't have the fancy equipment that other top notch studios have; Just a mic, a computer, and a compressor. But I think my love for music makes up for all the expensive equipment I don't have, and I think my love shows in the beat I creat and the sound quality of my recordings. Other artist such as Tia(Pop singer), Erichelle(R&B), Coone Caine(Pimp Rap), Nameless (Hip Hop Duo) and just recently onboard S.C. (Male R&B) came into the picture making Bubble Beats a force to be recond with. I recently was flown out to Seattle Washington, set up and record an Evideo with a tallented woman by the name of Melody Ivory for her spoken word health motivation production. I am currently producing tracks for Night Rider Production artists E.S.Q.B. (East Side Quarter Boiz) and Collipark signed artist Kadalack Boyz(We Gone Gettim, Rain, Ahhh Boooom!!!) for their upcoming album. We cover a lot of genres of music and hopefully a lable will recognize the unity and the talent we have and give us a chance to prove it to the world that we have what the people want - Good quality music that will make them listen to the words and dance to the beat.
