My Dad, the man who flew a tiny aircraft at tree top level throwing smoke grenades out of the window to mark enemy positions,Won a Silver and Bronze Star a Cross Of Galentry A DFC who made me cut the grass Saturday afternoons, wash the car, and who gave me the charater and inner strength to be the person I am today. Mr Kerlin one of my dearest friends dad. He took the time to show me what history was and how to TEACH the public about it, I miss him every day. The Immigrants of the 1900's (my family) The Irish and The Poles, who came and rolled up the sleeves and made a life.who learned a language and made sure the kids were educated, Embraced God and FORGED this country, fought WWII and asked for nothing in return. And all of those Grunts in MY generation and present who stood up to defend this country. The guys I served with those who are here and who are not. those not I miss you and will always remember you. 11B ALL THE WAY.
