ORION

Striving to be original in an already saturated culture most refer to as the rap game. Aiming to just make good music period without the labels, politics and bullshit pushed up against every artist today. Graffing the streets of miami at an early age, and freestyling while in high school was only the begining. After becoming a recording engineer the desicion to be full time emcee was made and Orion was born.
Street cyphers, Battle nights, and Open mics were the only avaible venues for the young buck. It was at an open mic where he partnered up with Ephnik to form the group OyE in 2004. Performing now at every possible venue in Dade & Broward county the group has successfully generated a buzz on the street. Releasing an EP entitled protecting dead presidents under their old name the sekret service, and appearing on Mun2 The roof in 2005. In january 2006 Oye & brooklyn born producer/ emcee One take released The Movement vol. 1 "diffussing the science" a collection of 9 nasty emcees + 6 ill beatsmiths= A classic album. In 2006 Orion also got himself Incorporated creating Orion Elite Entertainment. In late 2006 Orion joined the fusion band which is taking miami streets by storm Elastic Bond. The group plans on recording an album which would be a follow up to the previously released "Madrugada" except this time with the addition of Orion's raw lyrics. OyE has joined forces with emcee Infinit, and beatmaker Name brand creating INOE yet another classic record to be realeased in 2007. OyE still plans on releasing the LP "Payment Over Props" at a later date with production from Orion, End2End, and One Take.
Orion is currently working on 2 solo projects both the EP "K.R.Y.L.O.N" & the LP "Hunting Season." Orion plans on releasing both projects under his O.E. Entertainment imprint. A cuban emcee out to make a mark on the industry without giving into the popular buble gum music the radio programs people to chew. Don't get it twisted this isn't your typical underground emcee telling you whats "Real Hiphop." Orion tries his best to balance this duality, and cater to the thinkers from all walks of life.
