not too long ago i was in the basement at brewster, seemingly humoring my friends by listening to their band play. little did i know they were going to knock my socks off into next tuesday, along with all sorts of other cliche things about intensity.gallows is a band that you'll hear about a lot in the coming months- the absolutely fucking raw metal sound, coupled with influences from hardcore creates a contagious form of energy that eminates and reverberates. don't expect anything less than sick breakdowns, but expect more than just your run of the mill dose of pick slides and shredding. you'll find no bullshit here. "but anne, that sounds a little bit intense for me, i don't typically listen to metal..." everyone will enjoy this. everyone everyone everyone.
