Having a direct involvement in hip hop since its infant stages in the late 70's & early 80's, gENSu has been in love. First a b-boy/breaker, this rapper turned producer somehow kept up with hip hop's changing sound yet, maintained his own distinct feel. In his creation chamber which is called "dEAn'S Lab of dOUBLe dENSITy" gENSu is armed with his mistress the Emu SP1200 (which he affectionately calls (S)ara (P)arkah who live @ 1200 Bit ave, lol). In additon to the raw sampler he's strapped with about 6,000 lp's. He wears a zoned out look on his face as he fills the room with sweet jazzy/soulful/ yet emotional beats backed by a set of gritty drums. With having laid tracks for a range of artist from David Banner to Royal Flush to ODB (RIP) gENSu can pretty much bring any style of beat to the table, without compromising his funky style.
