I joined the literary and talent agency PFD in the Autumn of 1999. I am 40 years old, married to actress-turned-teacher Helen Adie and we have one son Jack who is 13. I have a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University Of Kent At Canterbury where I graduated in 1988. I spent five years working in commercial theatre before I decided to become a Literary Agent. I joined Sheil Land Associates in 1993 year and five years later made the move here to PFD. I am Joint Head of Books and a Director of PFD. The PFD environment is wonderfully creative and broad in approach and vision. The opportunities for my clients are exceptional.My interests are very widespread and I am keen to build my list in a number of areas: film/theatre, popular music, comedy, ancient history, commercial fiction and literary fiction. I like quirky, unconventional and a challenge!
