It is our primary goal to enhance your quality of life through promoting and encouraging healthier living habits, including the importance of proper diet and regular exercise.Wendy Tarlow was formerly General Manager of one of the most prestigious training gyms in the country - Equinox Fitness Club at 76th & Amsterdam in NYC. Wendy has been in the fitness industry for over nineteen years. She has trained and educated the top of the top Elite Personal Trainers in NYC. Her Exercise Class Street Fighting 101 and Boot Camp Box have both been showcased on TV.She is currently the owner of Fitness Together Fort Lauderdale, Fitness Together Pembroke Pines and 3 additional Fitness Together Territories that are under development in Lighthouse Point, Florida, Boca Raton, Florida, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida.Wendy and her team of trainers are excited for you to experience Fitness Together's philosophy of 1 Client - 1 Trainer - 1 Goal.
