Leon Sevein now 57 years old, he has been in the music business nearly 40 years. A native of New York, he grew up in Queens a singer and songwriter,musician and with a dream. Leon has played with Latin bands and has had his own Fusion, Latin and Rock bands. He has had numerous hits on the Billboard Magazine Latino charts, 2 hit songs were 1 at the same time. Talent associations include: Morty Kraft Producer, President of CBS records, Speed and Jan Record Labels, Alan Lorber Musical Director for Warner Bros Records,Atlantic Records,Spector Records,and Producer like David Yarnell, Don Kirshner of The TV show Midnight Special back in the 70"s and 80"s and numerous other celebrities. Leon has also worked in the Latin entertainment world with Producers like Bobby Marin former Vice President of Universal Latino Records now President of Mambo City Records, has calaberated with Latin artist like Luis Ramirez,Hector Lavo,Tito Puente,Celia Cruz,Eddie Palmeri and other numerous Latin singing Artist for Fania. Leon has had the first known Disco Record ever recorded, on Pye International Labels, it was on the top 10 list in england, thanks to his late friend John Lennon. Leon has been written up numerous times in BillBoard Magazine and has been interviewed by legendary Radio Personalities like the late Symphony Sid and Dick Ricardo Sugar. Leon was born a prodigy he began writing and experimenting with music at an early age,now semi retired, Leon has been active in giving back to the new and up coming artist to help them achieve there dreams.
