Ahem. Welcome to mypage.myspace.whatever. Who am I? As you can tell, most of my mental thought processes are consumed by lyrics from my wide ranging tastes which have somehow permanently lodged themselves in my psyche. Call it a 'mental jukebox'. It can be quite distracting, to the point where you'll frequently see me staring off into space with a glassy-eyed look. With disappointing frequency that look is not drugs, it's just me, and yes, I'm certifiably crazy. So run now, run as far away as you can. It *is contagious.

My Interests

MUSIC! I enjoy writing, travelling, the beach, anything to do with the ocean, basketball, and most importantly, my kids. My kids are THE BEST. Period.

Movies:

Favorite movie of all time: Apocalypse Now. Close seconds: Crash, Carlito's Way, 21 grams, Mystic River, almost ANYTHING DeNiro, Harrison Ford and Clint Eastwood. Favorite Music movies: Rattle N Hum, The Harder They Come, Stepping Razor Red X, Under A Blood Red Sky...seen waaaay too many movies!

Television:

The Daily Show. Raptors/Miami Heat/Montreal Canadiens games.

Books:

Current: The Gift of Fatherhood. Just finished: U2 by U2.

Heroes:

Most of my heroes are musical. First and foremost Bob Marley. Bono. U2. Bob Dylan. My kids amaze me every day. Martin Luther King Jr. Peter Tosh. Stephen Biko. Anyone who fights oppression and sticks up for people.

Leavin..on a jet plane..

Not me (yet). My brother Will. He left for Africa tonight at about 10PM. He'll be travelling for some 72 hours and then embarking on what will undoubtably be the biggest adventure of his life thus far...

It always amazes me that, 3 wicked albums in, some people still don't know who the hell K-OS is. I think it has primarily to do with the fact that the industry has tried to classify him as 'hip hop', ...
