About Me

»-(¯`v´¯)-» Design your MySpace with MyLook «-(¯`v´¯)-«
I love socialising and just hanging out with my mates, that's all good. I'm crap at writing these kind of things, I never know what to say or what people want to hear so I end up rambling on bout nothing in particular, like now!

I am currently living in Australia for a year, only got here 6/8/6 so havn't done or seen much yet, keep an eye out for my blogs coz I will be updating them!

Anyhow, keep safe and keep happy x

My Interests

I really enjoy reading, listening to music and going down the pub! I'm also into photography and being creative in general, although I'm no good at drawing!

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet loads of different people, especially Johnny Depp! I so would, sorry JB!I think just to have a chat with down the pub, those people would include Billy Connally, Jo Brand, Brandon Boyd, Terry Pratchett, Angelina Jolie, Trent Reznor, Rolf Harris, Tim Burton and some others that I can't think of right now!

Music:

I love music and for several years I played the piano and saxophone before I stupidly gave it all up, big regret that. I'm into loads of different styles of music but I'm mainly into rock and metal. My favorite band at the mo has to be VAST, check them out coz they are very cool. Also really into NIN, Faith No More, Incubus, Snake River, Perfect Circle, Garbage, Goldfrap, U2, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Tori Amos, System of a Down, Sting, Faithless, Eels, Bjork, VNV Nation, Orgy, Muse, Prodigy, Skindred, Foo Fighters and a load more.

Movies:

I'm into films that make me think, even if it's about something superficial. I love the Matrix but the next two were crap, I'm also a big fan of Withnail and I, Snatch, Reservoir Dogs, Jackie Brown and Harry Potter.

Television:

I don't have a TV, I live in a campervan. When I do see a TV though I generally can't take my eyes away from it, even if it's something crap, like Australian Idol (how sad is that?)

Books:

I love books! I have been reading The Wheel of Time for the last 8 years and the series still isn't finished so I have started it again for the 3rd time. It's by Robert Jordan and it's about the fight between good and evil, and we all like that. There are 11 books so far and I have heard there's going to be 15 in total. In between books I like to read Terry Pratchetts Discworld series and other bizzare things. Cloud Atlas is a good one, so are Dan Browns novels. They are all a bit samey though, a good looking bloke and a good looking bird save the world bla bla bla... Read one of them, Deception Point is a good place to start, or Angels and Demons. Now life without TV is a real thing I have taken to reading pretty much anything, I'm reading a fiction thing about the Spanish court and Goya at the moment. If you can read The Sunday Smugler by Christopher V.V. Parnell. It's amazing.

Heroes:

I don't have any heroes, I'm not one for worship and admiration but I do respect a lot of people. I usually find they have to do something to earn it first though, not a lot, just be nice! A list of nice people would A) be long and B) be rather boring to read.
