Mike Smith Saxophonist

Hey I'm Mike, Im twenty something, musically promiscuous and unfortunatlely, yes I'm Ginger. I play Saxophones, Flute and Keyboards. I graduated from LIPA in 2005 with a first class honours degree, and went on to tour with everyone including the Official Blues Brothers, Buddy Holly show, and the muffin men.You may remember me from the Sam Brown Band, Ian Paice Band, Candie Payne or the Muffin Men. Then again, you may not. Fair Play.I also play with SaxAssault. This features nine saxophones from sopranino to bass, backed by grooves from a four piece rhythm section. Based in the "capital of culture" currently I work as a session musician, playing keys and saxophones for a multitude of bands and Pop artists.My latest projects include extreme busking-with the Sax Offender-where me and my muso friends play jazz in the most inappropriate places imaginable.
