It all started in WangsaPermai, SriDamansara, KL, Malaysia in 2005. Peja(Colours Without Ink) & Edi(Disburse) was discuss about their bands future. Then, Peja was asked Edi to form Independent Record Label together. They decided to form an independent record label called ChaoticHeart Records. In this Label they can move up their music as the independent musician and make it some project to introduce theirself as the new bands & new Label in this country.
