About Me

MS. L.A. NEVINS:
I will keep working until the day I die, but by the age of 35, work will become an option to allow me time to raise my family, take care of my parents, and invest in my communities. How am I working towards that goal? Refer to the blog I posted. Aside from my business ventures, my heart and soul stay grounded in a multitude of things that have nothing to do with being financially free. I am a community activist, a progressive academic, a dependable friend, and a caring and reliable daughter.
During the day, I am a full-time home mortgage consultant for the number 1 residential lender in the country, Wells Fargo. If you have questions about purchasing a home, investing in homes, refinancing an existing property, or have credit questions, I am more than happy to help.
In addition to my career, I am dedicated to the greatest non-profit the hip hop world has ever seen: J.U.i.C.E. (Justice Uniting in Creative Energy). Located in the Rampart Community of Los Angeles, J.U.i.C.E. provides a space for bboys and bgirls to dance, djs to spin, artists who can practice in our graff/mural workshop area, and emcees who battle in ciphers. I am the co-founder of the Los Angeles Local Organizing Community (LALOC -Formerly of the Naitonal Hip Hop Political Convention). And I also invest my time in the Universal Zulu Nation, the world's biggest hip hop organization founded in 1973 by the godfather of hip hop Afrika Bambaataa. Our first publication came out April 8th and has been distributed to Japan, Belgium, Germany, New York, San Diego, Alaska, and Los Angeles!

If you want to keep in touch because of future questions about credit, or financing and investment questions, click on the "subscribe" link above my blogs.
