From a young aged I loved hiphop and lyricism in general and eventually started rhyming myself. Firstly at parties and anyone unlucky enough to be beside me in a club! One of those people was Mikey Dean (Alphabreaks) who must of liked what he heard as he gave me my first show. It was on this night i met AJ aka MC Ghost of Yush2k who helped my confidence alot. Good responses led to some radio appearances and a residency at Scotlands biggest weekly DnB night Split @ Cabaret Volitaire. Off the back of this I was lucky enough to MC at Xplicit, which was shortlisted for club of the year by List magazine, and at just 21 was fortunate to perform with some of the worlds biggest names in drum and bass including Pendulum, Mampi Swift, Shy FX,Ed Rush & Optical(Chameleon Tour) and DJ Fresh (album launch) becoming the only Scottish MC at Xplicit. 2006 continued to be a busy year for me with performances at Rogue State, SoulBiscuits, Construct, and supporting Jordan V, Epoclive(UK Tour), MeatKatie, Gridlok and Blackstrobe to name a few as well as working with local talents like GMac(Manga), ENO, Morphy, Paul Reset, Beast, Profisee(Great Ezcapes), DJGT,MCIB,BBurg,MCBZ and Manchesters finest Tonn Piper. Highlights of 2006 were getting up at the last ever night at the Venue with Chase n Status(although nerves got the better of me that night) and my first night at Xplicit with a que going up the street. Emceeing is a true passion, infront of 800 or in front of the mirror i'll never stop rhyming and I take pride in being able to switch between hiphop and DnB. I am thankfull to all artists and promoters for giving me these chances. In 2007 I have taken a step back to work on my EP, and to test my skills in Europe, but will be back in Edinburgh with new material in August.
