About Me

Sven was born in 1974, raised in Germany and first picked up the guitar when he was 13. He completed his studies at the American Institute of Music (A.I.M.) at age 17. After having been focused on rock and metal, his musical interests diversified into other styles such as pop, country, hip and trip-hop without loosing sight of the essentials of being a good guitarist and performer. Tone, musicality, technical ability, a good commercial ear combined with his own personal magic have made Sven a well booked musician in a variety of categories.
With his rockband "ÜNLÜ" he had a number 1 and several top 10 hits in turkey, recorded a german R'n'B chartalbum, has played several tv/radio jingles as well as thousands of samples for eJay and Magix MusicMaker musicsoftware. During the years he had the chance to record and perform with a lot of excellent musicians like Luis Conte (James Taylor, Madonna, ...), Ralph Gustke (Chaka Kahn, Xavier Naidoo...), Ray Horton (Milli Vanilli), Tommy Baldu (sixwasnine, Laith al Deen), James Herter (Hubert Kah, Two of Us), Bill Liesegang (Trevor Horn, Seal, John Wetton, ....), C.C. Behrens (Heinz Rudolf Kunze), Peter Kumpf (Anyone's Daughter, Harold Faltermeyer, Leo Sayer), Edo Zanki (Edo Zanki, Söhne Mannheims), Billy Allen (Cameo), Scorpio (Grandmaster Flash & The Furious 5) and many others.
Currently he is playing gigs around South Germany with the Rock-Coverband "Madison Bow". His playing can also be heard in the very successful show "Apassionata" throughout whole europe! Besides that he recorded a track for the "Alchemists 2" project wich just was released and features such great players as Bumblefoot (Guns'n'Roses), Brett Garsed, Dave Martone, Terry Syrek, Richard Hallebeek, Si Hayden, Gianluca Ferro, Dr. Ika etc..
