I enjoy these shows, but don't necessarily know when they are on: Gilmore Girls; Arrested Development; Unsolved Mysteries; PBS Documentaries; 60 Minutes; 20/20; HBO Series: Curb Your Enthusiasm and 6 Feet Under. I suppose I'd watch more T.V. if I knew how to figure out when good stuff is on, this problem dates back to my youth. Though my excuses have changed, I never was patient enough for the T.V. guide and would rather sleep in or go out and climb trees than watch those Saturday morning cartoons. I guess I was improperly programmed?? Sit-Coms make me mildly angry .. I know, wrong reaction - right? I think I am angry at myself when I notice I am watching one?? I always think to those little clocks people keep to countdown their retirement and think: THIS IS WHAT I AM DOING WITH MY LIFE? Nowadays, I do not subscribe to any paper so I do not get a TV Guide. I also am impatient with T.V. (as I work in Advertising) and cannot watch the TV Guide Channel as the shit running in the above split make me wanna hurl. Here is what I know: NECN (New England Cable News - 24 Hours) is channel 7 and all the other channels have Q-Ray & Swiffer Infomercials running on them 24/7. So, mostly the T.V. is used for: hours-on-end of News (yeah I am boring); Docu's; Foreigns; Film Movement; Indie; Horror; Cult Classics and other choice selections grabbed through net subscriptions with NetFlix and Blockbuster or free at the Library.
