Love makes time pass..Time makes love pass...

About Me

I am just your ordinary average guy. I enjoy riding bikes, rollerblading, going to movies and most of all playing music with other great musicians. I also enjoy the workings of the human body. It is a true miracle! I have played and recorded with some of the GREATS: Joe Walsh, Roy Harper, Willie Nelson, Billy Joe Shaver, William Lee Golden, Dr. John, Mick Ronson, David Alan Coe, Warren Haynes, Van Morrison, Keith Sykes, Rodney Crowell, Jimi Jamison and Survivor, Jimmy Davis, Bill Bruford, The Sharks, John Kilzer, Deborah Conway, Johnny Diesel, Rob Jungklas, Chris Spedding, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Bill Carter, John Prine, Albert King, Shirley Brown, The Barkays, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer, Mason Rufner, Jimmy Webb, Jon Hiseman, Gary Moore, Geno Washington, Viola Wills, Carol Grimes, Henry McCullough, Paul Carrack...to name a few. Always looking for interesting projects...recording, writing or live music. Writing is becoming a passion for me now...I would be glad to do co-writing with others that have good ideas. Please do not leave comments about how much money I can make by doing surveys. If you do I will have to delete you! Also not to offend anyone, but I am not here to promote your band. Do not try and use my comment space for your advertisement. Thanks and love to all of you who are my friends here.

My Interests

I am a musician. I play acoustic and electric bass. I lived in London for nearly 10 years and worked with some of the greatest. I was at Abbey Road Studios for almost 3 years. The rest of the time was touring Europe, USA and other parts of the world. Oh! One more thing...I only play Alembic basses live! Are you listening Micah, at Alembic?

I'd like to meet:

There are way too many people to say only a few! I have already met some of the most incredible people on earth.

Music:

I love all types of music. I am not a big fan of rap. It has no melody and I must have melody. It soothes the soul. RIP James Brown, Sam Cooke and Buddy Miles. Also my heart goes out to the Sean Costello family...may he find peace.

Movies:

Preferably mystery or comedy. Action is good. Old black and white movies are the best! (in my opinion)

Television:

I watch some TV, but only to anesthetize my brain. Sometimes it just doesn't want to shut down! "House" is GREAT!

Books:

I haven't been reading much lately. I have been reading Henry Miller and Arianna Huffington, lately. I just don't have time to read, I am studying most of my free time and worried about the future of art and how it relates to the "new world order"

Heroes:

Larry Graham for sure. Without Larry there would be no funk! And ya got to let the fungus amungus! The Beatles! Jack Bruce, Stanley Clarke, Jaco Pastorius, David Bowie, Elvis and one of my mentors: Albert King. I couldn't have paid for the education that Albert gave me freely, by showing me his "World." These are just musical heroes. True heroes shall go unnamed.
