I am a musican at heart. I have the privilage of working with three awesome professional musicians with our band gristlestick. Currently we are back in Maine off our 3 1/2 month west coast Flesh Tunes Tour and are now back kickin' it in Maine for the home crowd. I play percussion, guitar, ukulele, some piano, harmonica, and banjo. I am also into composing electronic music. One of my other favorite activities is weight lifting. I have been body building for 6 years now. It seems as though a good portion of my life is spent in the gym, but there is nothing else better to do in Maine sometimes.

I'm into everything from bluegrass to soul. You name it and I probably like it. Except hardcore gansta rap, that crap is insulting to my ears. I love hip-hop and rap, but that G-unit 50 cent crap just doesn't cut it as art in my book.
