We need to rebuild a better way of life and revitalizing our commmunities from the inside out, restore a "Way of Life" that we once known, self reliance.We envision a beautiful community, living in harmony with nature, with healthy minds, soul and solid family values that reciprocate throughout the community and beyond. By choosing sustainability living energy will be conserved as these concepts are taught, adapted, and learned by peers, neighbors, and the entire community over time. Our communities will rely on self-reliance and community effort to build stronger families, stronger connections with kids, schools, government, and be a model of future sustainability minded communities. Less environmental impact and less energy usage are vital to these home building projects, and they will reciprocate knowledge and awareness of their benefits. Green building, passive solar designed homes, water collections systems, solar and wind powered appliances, and in-floor heating all benefit families with less wood, propane, and electrical consumption, which translates into lower monthly utility bills. Overall average savings on a long-term scale will benefit the environment and each family that chooses the sustainable path. Global and local awareness will be a surmountable challenge, but this will happen when awareness of such waste and resource depletion is accomplished one household at a time.We will employ task forces in these communities to advocate change and welcome aboard open-minded clients/consumers to adopt this environmental attitude. We will also bridge generational communication gaps to build more cohesive communities. Each home project will host building workshops, supply educational resources, and stress as much community help and involvement as humanly possible.We will actively seek out local tradesmen and women to assist in community building projects. We feel that there are hundreds of local experts in each building trade within these communities that work in border towns or across the country. We offer incentives like working from home, not having to drive thousands of miles to work, and being able to make as much or more money through our worker/owner company. In return they will eliminate travel costs, save time (which can be spent with their families), and actively participate daily in the community to help it advance.When our objective is met for each community, hopefully these builders will come grow with us. If not, they still have the knowledge to help build other similar homes within their circle. With our outreach program we will always be available whenever assistance is needed within these communities. We will serve as a resource for green building ideas for a variety of sustainable projects, such as remodeling, water collection systems, and outdoor living. We will partner with Alternative Energy providers to offer our clients the best of both worlds, sustainability living with a 21st century flare, smart living, energy/cost saving alternatives. We stress educational awareness, and continually seek locally before looking elsewhere. Where there is a need for change, we will adapt and embrace changes for the betterment of the community, ourselves, and our environment.
