STAR WARS MOVIE MADNESS

About Me

BELOW IS AN ARTICLE TAKEN FROM THE BUFFALO NEWS PAPER 7/2/2006. THOUGHT I'D SHARE IT WITH EVERYONE."WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE SOME KIND OF JEDI WAVING YOUR HAND AROUND LIKE THAT. I'M A TOYDARIAN, MIND TRICKS DON'T WORK ON ME, ONLY MONEY. NO MONEY, NO PARTS, NO DEAL."

My name is Michael and Watto happens to be one of my favorite Star Wars characters (just one of them). Other then that, I am all about the movies. Just call me a nut. I'm a screenplay writer with high hopes of getting everything I write put to film. I'm also a self-employed construction worker with a successful business in WNY. I'm here to make friends because I don't have many at home - JUST KIDDING - LOL no, I will talk to anybody and enjoy meeting new people as I do through out the year for my business. My goal in life is simple, to become a movie producer, writer and director. I'm not much of an actor "don't think my voice is right for it and feel I should leave that to the experts" even though I would love to play a ZOMBIE some day - that would be wild. Besides Star Wars, I'm a huge ZOMBIE - George Romero fan. I'm a BIG KID at heart. I love collecting toys, cards and anything movie related. Was born and raised in Western New York. Looking forward to going back to school for Film and Video. I love to hunt, fish and the great outdoors. Most of my time is spent watching movies and tv shows. I've been hooked since I was 10. At that age, I use to go to the movie theaters by myself and watch sometimes the same movie over and over again - it all started with "The Dark Crystal". I have no complaints, though. I love to make people laugh even if it's at my own expense. You have to live life by not taking it too seriously. Try it some time. You will find yourself alot happier and more outgoing. I'm also a huge Star Wars fan, if you couldn't tell already. I try to collect as much merchandise as my wallet will allow me. Joined a Star Wars group last year after Celebration 3 called The North Ridge. Click on link below to find out more about the group.Working on a SnowTrooper costume as you read this and hope to have it ready by the summers end. Will post pics when it is completed. Ask me anything and lets talk. We could become really good friends someday.
I created my own profile using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM and you should too!

You scored as Form V: Shien. Form V is a powerful style developed by Form III practitioners that preferred a more offensive angle. The defensive nature of Form III dangerously prolonged combat. The maxim "peace through superior firepower," encompasses the philosophy of Form V, also called the "Way of the Krayt Dragon." Anakin and Luke Skywalker are both practitioners of Form V. Form V focuses a bit on having defensive skills, but channelling defence into offence. The example is commonly used that while Form III combatants effortlessly deflect laser bolts, Form V practitioners excel at redirecting the laser bolt toward the opponent.

created with QuizFarm.comMy current interests is the ZOMBIE GENRE. I try to watch as many zombie movies as I can even if most of them SUCK. George Romero is the master. If you need a zombie extra for your movie, drop me a line. I am more then interested.Since I was a child, have had an interest in making movies and still do to this day. I have many scripts I'd like to put to film. If you have the same interest, lets talk. The business is filled with many different people from many different walks of life which makes the entertainment industry so interesting and real.My other interest is my business. I sometimes consider it more of a hobby. I enjoy building things so much, I get to, all year, every year.

I'd like to meet:

There are many people I would love to meet. For starters, on MySpace I would love to meet and talk to people that love movies as much as I do. That love making movies and writing stories/screenplays. I have met some of my idols already such as Marc Singer (BeastMaster/V), Mark Rolston (Aliens) and many, many Star Wars actors. Those I would like to meet are the entire cast of LOST - past, present and future, Rupert Boneham (Survivor) and Jim Carrey - the funniest man alive. Oh and George Romero - it would be a pleasure to chat with him. Hell it would be a pleasure to play one of his Zombies. I would also like to find old high school friends that I have lost touch with over the years. Have found one already and was happy as hell when I did.Take the quiz:

Music:

I love music, especially the 80's music. Other then that, I am not one to just live in the past. I love almost all radio music new and old. 3 Doors Down, Metallica, Kelly Clarkson, Green Day and too many others to list.

Movies:

I'M A "STAR WARS" NUT. Live, breathe and eat Star Wars. No, just kidding. But Star Wars ranks in the top 3. I personally have no favs. It's too hard to say I like this one over that one. I watch too many movies and television shows to have a single favorite - YES, I HAVE NO LIFE. Movies I watch over and over though are Star Wars, The Jurassic Park Trilogy, The Indiana Jones Trilogy, The George Romero quadrilogy plus, the new Dawn Of The Dead, 28 Days Later, Shawn of the Dead, The Wraith, The Goonies, Harry and the Hendersons, Howard the Duck, Blast from the Past, N.L.'s Vacations, Alien quadrilogy, MadMax Trilogy, Better Off Dead, Night of the Comet, Deep Impact, The Last Starfighter, Planet of the Apes(all movies & shows), Army Of Darkness, BattleField Earth and many, many more.

Television:

TV shows I watch over and over are LOST, Sliders, Roswell, V, Otherworld, Surface, Prison Break, Home Improvement, Roseanne and 3 Rock From The Sun - John Lithgo plays an awesome comedian on top of his many other alter egos. And yes I am a reality Junkie. I have never missed an episode of Survivor or The Amazing Race."V" The Second Generation - Fall 2007Another show with high hopes of a DVD release with all 8 aired episodes and 5 unaired eps."I have found the gateway to a parallel universe."I'm hoping Sci-Fi will take control of these shows and end them properly and with the respect they deserve.

Books:

Anything Star Wars. Reign of the Dead & Reign of the Dead 'Apocolypse' and the new soon to be released book 3 of Reign of the Dead. V novels and the soon to be released V The Second Generation novel by Kenneth Johnson in 2007 And any movie related comic book - Sliders, Independence Day (ID4) - you get the picture.

Heroes:

My hero by far is Jerry Bruckheimer. Now this is one man in the business who knows what he's doing. I love the fact that almost everytime I watch a Movie or TV show, his name is in the credits. My goal in life is be just like him. Achieve as much as you can before your time is up.
